13th & Maize location will schedule free tours and educational presentations on topics decided with the nutritional health coach. Call the store at 316-721-6100 and ask for Sarah or email nhc.wm@naturalgrocers.com. Their location is small so they offer smaller group tours for groups of 10 or less. They also offer private presentations in their enclosed demo room that are 30 minutes to 1.5 hours for groups up to 20 people. She will talk through your topics and interests to come up with a presentation that suits your groups’ needs. Some topic ideas are health, nutrition, healthy snack demos, etc.
Both locations can provide resources, ideas, or activities to do at home if you call and ask. They also offer outreach presentations that are 30 minutes to 1 hour long and can travel within a 40 minute radius to public locations only.
